Is gift wrapping available?

Yes! Our jewelry arrives in a beautiful gift box, but please note - if you need items individually gift wrapped (instead of multiple items in one gift box), please specify in an email to us. This service is free of charge!

How long until I receive my order?

Most orders will arrive within 7-10 business days, but some may take a bit longer. Some custom & handmade to order items require 8-14 business days. If you need any shipment rushed or by a certain date, be sure to email or call us to review your options - as we do offer overnight & 2 day shipping as well. 

Are tracking services provided?

Yes! As soon as your order ships, you will be emailed with a tracking number.

Do you offer a rush/expedited service?

Yes, please send us an email to discuss any special delivery services you would like. This is very easy to arrange.

What is "Gold Filled?" 

Gold-Filled looks feels and wears like solid gold because it has a solid layer of 14k gold bonded to it’s base metal. It is 100 times thicker than gold plate and will not flake or tarnish like gold plate. It can be worn in the shower and slept in. It is an affordable alternative to solid 14k gold and is great if you are sensitive to metals.
